“The hotel was easy to find. Our room layout was very nice and clean also had 2 bathrooms which was a plus. I can take my time getting ready 😀. The location is perfect. Near the metro stations, which makes traveling around town very easy. Great restaurants nearby. Of course we have to be more careful when in downtown LA area.
Overall we really enjoyed our stay at Sonder the Winfield, would definitely comeback to stay when in LA. Thanks”

“This was my first Sonder property stay. Which is a brand that has become known for their front-desk free, app-driven stay. I now feel that this might be where the future of hospitality may go… Super easy to check in, really nice facilities, still had cleaning stuff – so you get all the perks of a hotel stay versus Airbnb, but you don’t have to interact with anyone if you don’t want to. The rooms are huge. The facilities are really nice, the lounge area and particular with the balcony was beautiful. “

“Enjoyed staying at Sonder. Location is a few blocks from the metro and lots of places to eat nearby. Made use of the Wholefoods around the corner. Having a washing machine and dryer was very handy, esp for longer stays. Staff were helpful with requests and solved any issues that arose promptly. The area does have some undesirable characters, but that’s pretty much what you get in all of DTLA.
Only gripes was there wasn’t really a sofa to sit on, just a wooden bench and some chairs from the dining area. Would have preferred a comfy sofa. Also bear in mind, there is only a Roku supplied for the tv, so you will need your own account to stream shows. We knew this before checking in, so not complaining, just something to be aware of.
Also a very strong smell of weed in the corridors. I think management need to enforce more rules and crack down on this.”

“Location for me is good as you have everything you need nearby but the only issue is nearby there is homeless where you might feel insecure when comes to night time.

The property provide washing machine which is definitely good for families or those travelling for long.

Overall stay is good”
