“- Rooms were never cleaned despite having to pay for it.
– Rooms were dated and in need of a revamp
– the air conditioner was so full of dust that I got sick on my vacation. You have the option to put it on and get sick or leave it off and possibly get sick from the intense Florida heat,
– There were a few disruptive guests and altercations every night, and, security does nothing to get the situation under control,
– They give you two extremely thin bars of soap and expect you to stretch it out for the entire duration of your stay,
– They charge a $100 resort fee for two nights when the only amenities they have is a pool and gym.
– The room we had was next to a parking lot attached to the hotel, so you get to listen to cars revving and screeching all night, in addition to random people arguing.

I cannot urge people enough not to stay at this facility, as it is hands down the worst place I have stayed in Florida. It is unfathomable that the place has any stars let alone a three star.

The only positive is that it is close to the theme parks, but, you can find the same type of room for a third of the price.

“For the price it was good, especially if you’re in Orlando for just the parks. The only thing is the rooms have separate small ac units that take forever to cool the room and the bathrooms don’t have proper ventilation so they get really humid quick. It was a mission doing my hair and make up in it since it kept feeling hot in there. That’s why I say only if going to park since it’s uncomfortable to dress up and do make up in.”

“The images on the website do not compare to the reality of the property’s conditions. The entire property from what we could see was sub par, especially our room. Wear and tear was clearly visible in the furniture and closet door. Closet door slats were dusty. Bathroom was really small. The bedding on the twin bunk beds were not clean enough. Lack of bedding and pillows upon initial arrival. Housekeeping brought more which was sufficient. No microwave in the room was extremely inconvenient. The mini fridge was not cold enough. The room was way below what we expected based on the pictures which were likely photoshopped. Not sure what the “resort” fee was for because the property no way resembled a resort.

The best thing about the property was that it was convenient to all the surrounding restaurants. Also, it was convenient for us to stay in the same hotel as the dance competition our daughter competed in. And we appreciated the use of the fitness health facility as our daughter was able to get her necessary workout in.

Hoping Access Broadway chooses a better location going forward. It was definitely below the standards of what we usually choose for lodging. “
