Las Vegas (NV) Fontainebleau Las Vegas reviews

Recent 5 reviews

“Fontainebleau is a beautiful property on the Northern end of the strip which is known for other properties like The Wynn and Hilton Resorts World. The entrance is magnificent with pleasant valet. If you love flowers, the lobby is full of fresh flowers and complimentary Rolls Royces for some guests. The restaurants have nice ambience, but there are not many options for a person with gluten, nut and soy allergies who is also vegan.

The room I was in was cleaned to perfection initially. However, on about the fifth day of my stay, I turned my privacy light off and my service light on and the maid knocked on my door. She said she would be back in an hour.
This hour extended to four hours and repeated calls to the front desk for service. I finally left and told them I would have my room cleaned when I returned because I wanted to be there since I just left a hotel where $600 of my personal items were stolen.

When I returned at 10 PM, I asked for service.
She said “You asked for service 2.5 hours ago, and your room is clean”
Great, but no I didn’t request service. So, who did?

When I got there black shoe prints were all over the floor and cleaning clothes were left on the bathtub. I was disgusted.

I asked them to reclean my room. They did, and it was immaculate thanks to Roxanne and Fatima.

The manager came and asked me what time she should send the maid for service tomorrow. I said 11 AM.

At 9 AM I was in the shower and the door was opening! I was in shock because my privacy light was on. I requested 11 AM, and they were there an hour and a half early, and they entered anyway with the privacy light on!

Of course, I was livid. They gave me a $150 food and beverage credit for my troubles. I tried to use it at Komodo. They played harassing music until I asked for a TO GO box and left completely humiliated. The music insinuated that I was NEEDY and HOMELESS because I had a food and beverage credit!

The music is too loud in that restaurant and the rest of the hotel. If they want you to leave, they will play music letting you know that you’re unwelcome.

I am allergic to dogs and cats and they allow them. So, I needed a pet free room also.

If it weren’t for the harassing music and the housekeeping incident, it would have been a near perfect experience.

Regardless of how much money they think I have or not, as long as I paid them, it was not their decision to make about my finances.

I was there because my car was broken into and I felt violated and unsafe. Regardless of what they thought about my situation, it was not their place to judge. Now, I never want to go to any hotel that plays popular music especially from the 80s in the lobby. I used to be a huge 80s fan until they used it to harass me. “

“The first night there was no body wash, and I ran out of tissue the second night. It was quickly remedied when I brought it to the hotels attention, but had the room been cleaned more thoroughly, this would not have been an issue. The room was nice, new and clean but there were little things like not wiping down the dresser fronts, looked like there was a spill from before, and not wiping down the wall next to the toilet, I almost put my hand on something there from before that should be cleaned as over time, such overnights would have a bigger effect. Other than that, it was great. New, beautiful, gorgeous hotel!”

“The Fountainbleau is an amazing hotel and casino. It was just built in December and everything is still immaculately clean. The sheets in the rooms are crisp and white, the carpet is clean, even the baseboards are still white. Our rooms were cleaned daily and you can always find members of staff cleaning the floors, carpet and windows.
They also offer free parking and there are free fitness classes. We loved the promenade with its many food options at fairly reasonable prices compared to other prices on the strip.
The only downside to the Fountainbleau is that it is pretty far down the strip. It took us an hour to walk to Planet Hollywood but there’s lots to see and do on the way. I would definitely stay here again! It was wonderful!”

“Had an excellent stay with the family for a week, staff and security were exemplary, room was clean and all equipment in the room was the latest, pool was warm and inviting, if they can keep this level of service it outshines the other luxury hotels on the strip.
Recommend washing potatoe if you like Chinese, nice duck and pancakes and one of the nicest Chinese food in the area.
We are now staying at the Bellagio and makes the Bellagio feel very outdated, smelly and dirty, hardly any security in comparison.
Would recommend Fontaine Blue above most of the better hotels on the strip.”

“Travelled with a friend and the property is beautiful! The hotel smells wonderful and is extremely clean. We had a 2 queen bed room which is very spacious with lots of outlets for charging various devices. The pool area is incredible with ample seating and many pools to dip into. Location wise, it is far up on the strip (about 25-30 minute walk north of Wynn hotel) so be prepared to walk or Uber to places that are more central on the strip. “
