“Location is very close to the Times Square. There is easy access to subway services so it is easy access to sites of attractions in Manhattan.
Rooftop cocktail lounge has good view. It was a shame that I did not see the view of the Times Square side as the gate was locked that day.
Small drawbacks are 1) crowded lifts and 2) narrow aisle not easy to work with the luggage bags.
Travel tip is to do breakfast early if possible.

“If you stay at this hotel, be prepared to either wait 20 min for an elevator in the morning or take the stairs down from whatever floor you’re on. The breakfast area was overcrowded and had standing room only. The rooms look large in the pics (for nyc), but are much tinier in person. The location was excellent near Times Square and Rockefeller center.”
“The location is convenient but there are issues with safety as one gets out of the hotel lobby – beware of homeless and muggers. The police caught a few muggers near the hotel. The lobby is crowded as people are checking in and checking out. The basement level is an extended place for breakfast but half of the basement is hidden from view . Crowded during breakfast time. Two hotel concepts combined in the same building. Room is not cleaned every day but every other day unless one requests.”
