“One of our queen beds was dirty , we checked in Fri after 9 pm no cleaning staff front dest gave us our keys and a map buzzed us in. Then sat. Morning a man that may or may not have had a key followed my husband in the door before 7am as he brought us breakfast the man was so fast and my husband’s hands were full he keyed in and walked through and the man pushed through and entered no one at the desk to tell until 10 and we had to be somewhere at 8am with no planned return it was our checkout date . Very poor staff mgmt dirty room at check in the bed, the toilet and parking lot is constantly packed with a combination of students and vagrants “
