“My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary and we had a great time. The resort is gorgeous and looked exactly how it was pictured online. It was very clean in the rooms. I only gave a 4 star because I feel they could’ve cleaned the pool better. We’ve tried the restaurant and it’s ok. You do need to book a reservation especially in the evenings. We would come here again. “

“I used to love staying at this hotel, and have done so for multiple years, but it’s just not what it used to be. The pool and ambiance is incredible but most of the time you won’t have a place to sit because people come and claim chairs at 6:30am for the day (even if they aren’t at the pool). Our toilet was broken and we asked for it to be fixed… of which, someone came… messed with it for a bit and said it was all good (it was not). Housekeeping was also not helpful unless we went to the front desk and went over their head… all we asked for was an extra sheet and a hairdryer because the one we had was broken. They also didn’t service the room during our stay… and, I’m not asking for a full clean but just a trash refresher and maybe some new towels. Doubting if I’ll stay here again which is disappointing since I used to live it so much. “

“This hotel and resort is very beautiful and clean. I loved the decor and many different things to do there. I just think it’s extremely overpriced and the rooms were lacking complementary amenities. Everything you touch has an added on price, not to mention there is a $50 resort fee, per room, per night. My friends and I arrived in the morning, and although our room was ready at 11:00am, we could not check in unless we paid an additional $60 early check-in fee. The clerk was very cold and did not tell me we could come back at 2:00pm and get our room without having to pay that ridiculous fee. I feel like she did that on purpose and told me we had to wait until 4:00pm. Very frustrating. The rooms are basic. You get shampoo, conditioner, and lotion. Nothing else and no turn-down service. I really didn’t think it was worth so much money. “

“This was a lovely stay. The resort and location were perfect. As well as the poolside food and drink. Just one suggestion for those who might stay here… you will have to ask for the bill for poolside services if you want to tip something other than 20%. They automatically add 20% if you don’t. “

“My husband and I purchased our last night stay in Scottsdale at The Scott. We love this boutique hotel. The amenities are top of line and the property, pool and surrounding foliage are magnificent. This is 5 star property through and through. Strongly recommend this hotel “
