“I had the absolute best time staying here and I would recommended it to anyone. The location is perfect, the hotel is brand new and has all the amenities I needed. The bed was super comfortable, the room was incredibly clean. The TV had Netflix YouTube etc installed. Staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful. I loved the rooftop pool and the views of the mountains from my balcony. Can’t wait to come back ❤️

“Fairly new hotel locate in a good location with many restaurants and bars.
It was so new, my opinion it was not fully ready for guest.
Hotel was located beside warm up bar, so you will be expecting loud music till 2am.
When I check out at 10am, there were no staff at the front desk. “

“Overall, our 6 day stay in the hotel suite had its highs and lows. We booked the most expensive room available which was the SUITE.

Cons:
The hotel showed design flaws with a leaking toilet spray that caused bathroom flooding and slow drainage issues. Shower also had drainage issues and water overflowing into our bathroom area. The door required an extra push to fully close. Limited complimentary water and soda (2 bottles per day) with extra charges for more, so if you want more water get it refilled at the KFC around the corner. Lack of a nightstand for electronics was inconvenient. Not enough outlets. Disappointment with staff not assisting with luggage from the time we arrived in the car until we brought them to the lobby compared to other hotels. They also didn’t help with loading the car during checkout. No hand soap provided & the AC was not strong enough. Also no central AC in the halls of the hotel. Ants also coming from the walls. We had a gecko in the room and found some small roaches towards the last few days of our stay.

Pros:
The rooms were clean and had a luxurious 5-star appearance. The toilet included a working bidet and a bathtub with jets. Enjoyed the new 8K TV and technology for requesting room cleaning. Scooters also available for rent. Balcony access was a plus. Automatic lobby doors

P.S: We are a bit spoiled when it comes to booking hotels since we always want the nicest rooms, but will always be fine regardless and will understand and accept small problems. Maybe they are new and still getting some things worked out.

Overall I would recommend this place if you don’t have a high expectation, but for the price we paid I was hoping for a better experience. “

“I was welcomed by all the staff, reception was very clean. This month ive travelled all round thailand and this hotel has beem the best! The swimming pool and diner isnt ready yet buy i can imagine when it is the hotel will be more amazing. The hotel room is berh modern , perfect for couples, romantic, room has a door bell and led button to state if DnD or housekeeping, tv is up to date and smart. There is nothing i can fault this hotel with. I had an fantastic stay and Evan the area is perfect with restaurants, desert shops and fast food places”
