“The hotel staff are available 24/7 and they are quite generous with assistance anytime.
I particularly liked the location since it was only a kilometer away from AoNang pier.

Pros:
1. Very good swimming pool
2. Toiletries and bath tub were the pick of my stay.
3. 7/11 is just 300 meters away from the hotel.
4. The hotel has tie-ups with local tour guides who pick up from the hotel and drop you back. The prices are affordable. It costed 2400 Baht for 2 for 7 island tour inclusive of park tickets as well.
5. Early check in is something they can offer you.
6. The best part of the welcome was a hand written note with the bed decorated perfectly for a honeymoon couple.

Cons:
1. Wifi speed is less than 10Mbps
2. Breakfast options are very limited both meat and non-meat based.

Try to ask for a room facing the hill at the top most floor for better view during a rainy day. “

“The rooms are big, we had a family room with 2 beds, connected. The swimming pools are a bit run down, the jets on the special upstairs pool are out of order. Breakfast is decent, though not great. We paid around 120 usd per night more like last minute thing. The biggest issue was that the balcony door didn’t seal shut and the room was already full of mosquitos when we checked in. Imagine turning the light on in the room at night! I asked them 3 times to do something about that, waited for 2 hours in the room, a handyman came and left and that was it. So I had to go to the reception and say that they either refund us so we can move or I am staying there right next to them until the issue gets fixed. Obviously they said they can not refund, all rooms are booked and all balcony doors are the same, as if that makes it ok 🤷🏼‍♀️ In the end, seeing that I wasn’t moving, they improvised something and covered the space. If you think I am exaggerating, look into what diseases these mosquitos carry and how dangerous they are for young kids. Bottom line definitely not worth this amount of money, but if you and book it at around 50-60 usd I would say it is worth it. Very close to the beach, though the nice part of Ao Nang beach with long chairs is on the other end of the beach, closer to the Monkey Trail.”

“Overall, a good stay. Nice pool,.lean rooms, breakfast included. A big drawback is the daytime front desk employee. Don’t ask him anything, he will deny any request from you (with a smile). He refused to give an extra blanket to my daughter and refused to provide an extra bedsheet, even though we had two kids in a room. “

“We stayed 2 nights at the hotel, in general it was everything good. Good ubication, very clean, gently staff, good breakfast. The only bad thing in my room was the bad smell ofnthe plumbing , it was disgusting !!”
