Phu Quoc Island Le Anh Hotel reviews

“Very clean place. I believe it must be quite new. Location is ideal. It lacks the kind of facilities you will have in a resort but it makes up for it in cleaniness and location. “

“Exit sign above bed made it almost impossible to sleep (terrible design from the architect to place a safety exit within a hotel room and place the emergency exit light above the bed) but when we told staff they did upgrade us to a larger room that but this one had no hot water. The original room the shower pressure and temperature fluctuated and the shower was broken and rattled and spurted water up towards the ceiling but atleast it was hot. It was cracked at the wall which they tried to charge us for knowing damn well it was existing damage. Large room with ample space, and desk but no chair in the room which led to having to sit in the bed with a coffee in the morning as opposed to sitting on a tiled ground or standing to drink a coffee. Accidentally spilt coffee on the sheet which they said costs 200k vnd which is fair but then we got back from a day out and they tried charging 2 000 000 VND before settling with 1 000 000 VND. Bed was large and super comfortable and the tv’s are large smart TVs. Receptionist and cleaners are really nice and accommodating. They really need to maintain the showers and hot water better and do some maintenance. If I was to visit Phu Quoc again I would probably stay at An Phu hotel instead.”
