“Our stay here was amazing. The room was great and clean, the bed was comfy and the location is great. The pool was a great addition as the weather was so hot. We also ate here and the food was lovely. We rented a motorcycle here too which was well priced and the bike was good. The main plus was how amazing the staff were. They were so friendly and helpful and really went to extra mile to make sure we enjoyed our stay. “

“We booked a double bed room here and we had the most wonderful experience. The staff is so incredibly and sincerely kind. The owner, Flower, was such a dear and was always there to greet us with a smile or just to chat. They advised us on a wide variety of activities in and around the town and offered to arrange services without being pushy. They have motorcycles and bicycles for rent, riding a bike in Hoi An is very relaxed because of their car free center! Their pool is squeaky clean and is a very welcome refresher during the hot hours around noon. Breakfast was good, cleanliness was superb. Once again thank you Flower and Thao (I hope I spelled it right)”

“The positives…..Flower the host lovely along with Thao (sorry if spelt wrong) really friendly and make you feel welcome. Rooms nice size , bed OK…bit hard for my liking. Little pool with 5 sunbeds, need to get there early to one. The breakfast choice is amazing , super tasty with loads of options. Hotel right next to fruit and veg Market also Agribank which has the lowest withdrawal fee of all ATMS in Vietnam…..
Negatives….Got room B3 , has water pump in roof right above your room. Two sleepness nights as pump whirs then bangs every few seconds constantly above your head all night and day. If you get offered B3 refuse it. Asked flower to move room, which she did. Got room with two single beds and double not much bigger than a single….now way for two people to fit in it. TV didn’t work in new room. The worst and I mean the worst is the car cleaning garage exactly opposite the hotel. 7am EVERY morning the pressure power washers start , along with the hydraulic tyre bolt removers. Then at 7.30am, the cheesy arse, sh**e Vietnamese dance music starts all day long. If you book, ask for a back facing room. All in all, Flower lovely, breaky good, central location but NOISE NOISE & NOISE. and I haven’t even metion the phsycotic Northerner whose balcony backed out onto the outside of our room

“Best accommodation in Hoi An at an affordable price! Ms Flower was very warm and helpful. And all other staff are really nice and kind. They maintain cleanliness well, and gives us new towel everyday. Highly recommend this hotel!

(My only bad experience was, i booked for a 4-bed dormitory room. So i expected to have 3 people only as roommates. But then my room had 3 other couples (2 lovers in one bed x 3 beds! ) i really don’t feel comfortable with that. I don’t know why they allow this. . “

“Staff was super kind and hospitable. The rooms were super clean and offered basic toiletries like razors, shower caps, toothbrushes, shower gel, and shampoo. Location was perfect for what I needed. I felt very safe at this location as well which is #1 priority as a solo female traveller. Would definitely recommend this hostel. “
