“We recently had the pleasure of staying at the new Serene Nature Hotel and Spa in Hoi An last April 4-6 with my friends Maiqui, Denise and Edgar and it was an absolutely delightful experience from start to finish. This charming hotel truly lives up to its name, offering a serene and luxurious retreat amidst the bustling beauty of Hoi An.

Ambiance and Decor:
The hotel boasts a perfect blend of modern elegance and traditional Vietnamese charm. The decor is tasteful and soothing, creating an inviting and relaxing atmosphere. Every corner of the hotel is thoughtfully designed, reflecting the rich cultural heritage of the region while providing all the comforts of a modern boutique hotel.

Rooms:
The rooms are spacious, immaculately clean, and well-appointed. The comfortable beds, high-quality linens, and a variety of pillow options ensured restful nights. The rooms also feature large windows, offering beautiful views of either the lush garden or the vibrant cityscape. The attention to detail is evident, from the chic furnishings to the carefully curated artwork.

Service:
The staff at Serene Hotel are exceptional most especially Ms. Lily and Rose from the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. The front desk team was incredibly helpful, offering excellent recommendations for local attractions and dining options. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable, addressing every request with efficiency and a personal touch.

Amenities:
The hotel’s amenities are top-notch. The pool is a highlight, providing a perfect spot to relax and unwind while enjoying farm views. The on-site restaurant serves delicious local and international cuisine, with a breakfast buffet that is both varied and delicious.

Location:
Situated in a prime location, the hotel offers easy access to Hoi An’s famous attractions. It’s just minutes car ride to the historic Old Town, where you can explore the charming streets, vibrant markets, and cultural landmarks. Despite its central location, the hotel provides a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle. You can also use their bikes for free.

Overall:
Our stay at the new Serene Nature Hotel and Spa was nothing short of perfect. The combination of beautiful surroundings, luxurious accommodations, outstanding service, and prime location makes this hotel a top choice for anyone visiting Hoi An. We left feeling rejuvenated and thoroughly impressed, and we look forward to returning on our next trip to this wonderful city.

Nice big rice paddy field, with no high rise building within vicinity, air is super clean, healing and wonderful.

Staff – 4.9/5
Their front desk staffs are excellent, Lily who is down to earth and quiet that give truthful advise – much appreciated, Catherine are super friendly that tirelessly recommend place of interest to me. Roses is all smiles and passionate.

Bfast – 3.5/5
They have an free order egg and noodle station plus buffet ample salads selection, some chinese dim sum plus congee, fried rice or fried noodle plus meat dish, western toast, croissant, butter and jam, no ham or cheese thou.
my pick – Nice fresh county eggs, nice fried spring roll, salad, fruit juice.
cons – butter (melted, consider put in a metal bowl of ice and not so near toaster), steamed dim sum can be put to order menu or in warmer, else it become sticky and harden skin which greatly reduced the points for it.
Consider how japanese did with their grilled sweet potato small machine (low effort and scored 10 points)

Facilities (3/5)
Great swimming pool, clean, and got a small kids pool connected to adult pool. They have quite a number of free bicycle, cheap motorbike for rental.
Didnt see any gym. Think it is so new that their spa is not ready. Their restaurant is still building, maybe 70% done.
Their signboard at the main road is block by the lamp-post and mainly in dark colour, even grab had a hard time finding the small hidden road to the hotel.
They need to recalculate their power output and options, have a power trip in the middle of night I think when that day the hotel are almost full house and all guest uses the TV, aircon and charger. (just my guess)
They have a decent free range chicken and grilled mutton restaurant about 5min bicycle. (not sure they have delivery to the hotel or not)
else, within 30min walking distance in all directional, there are not much shops or entertainment.
At nite, it is very quiet and there isnt much street light if you are not used to country side road. pity still didnt see any star thou.. (great for rest from city bustling and heal)

“This hotel has been by far the best of our travels in Asia, and it can hardly be topped! A bit outside Hoi An in the middle of rice fields you‘ll find this fantastic location. It‘s kind of a boutique hotel with a big swimming pool. Everything is so clean and harmonious. The rooms are furnished tastefully, the bed is gigantic and comfy. Bathroom and toilet are separated and rather large, which is very convenient.
Breakfast buffet is a dream, lots of Asian and international goodies – everything very tasty.
The jewel of the crown though is the staff. From manager to cleaning ladies they all deserve top marks. Especially the ladies at the front desk have been ever so helpful and friendly and always found a solution to any problem. They remember your name on the second day and take a real interest in the needs of their guests. Always smiling, in a good mood and quite often cracking a joke. It almost felt like family.
The staff of Serene Nature Hotel don‘t just simply work there, they are living hospitality!”

“This hotel is located just outside the busy part of Hoi An. The old town is still nearby while the beach is also within easy reach: perfect!

The hotel offers transfer service for a very reasonable price from Da Nang airport or train station which we made use of, the driver was really calm and the vehicle modern and clean.

The staff is extremely helpful, the breakfast buffet is the best I’ve ever experienced, the bed is not too hard, the shower is large and has very good water pressure and the pool is refreshing. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating options to just hang out and relax.”
