“Easy access, quiet building , no hassles”

“Overall, I would recommend this place. I never met the host so we only communicate via email but it was not a problem because response time when I had questions was fast enough.

Pros:
– room looks new
– self check-in process is easy
– big enough space for 4 people, can accommodate 5 with the sofa bed but will be tight because you will lose the sofa and table space for eating breakfast or takeout meals
– having two toilets is very useful
– close to the subway station
– there are convenience stores, pharmacy, cafe, bakery, and small restos around

Cons:
– no bars and hooks for hanging towels and change of clothes in the bathroom
– it takes time for water to warm up in the kitchen and bathroom faucets & shower
– after you get the right warm water temperature in the shower, it becomes cold all of a sudden while in the middle of showering, which is annoying
– there is a coin-operated washing machine in the 2nd floor of the building but no dryer
– no elevator in the building which is inconvenient for those with big luggage
– we can hear a bit of street traffic but since we’re always tired when we get home at night, this did not bother us”
