“Was there for a business trip and the experience is extremely pleasurable. While the whole room is small, it fits nicely for a solo traveler with a large bed, a great bathroom with legroom for comfortable bathroom business. The room facilities were of the newest technology with easily adjustable heating. Staff was really nice and helpful even with my broken Japanese / English and will help you with everything you need.”

“The breakfast is very delicious. The hotel is near a JR station and several Metro stations, and a Lawson convenience store is right across the street. Akihabara and Ueno park are also within walking distance, which is perfect for tourists that want to visit these places. Would definitely recommend this hotel.”

“I visited other branches of APA hotels in 2017 and 2018 in Tokyo and I really liked them due to the nice and wide breakfast restaurant with a public hot bath at the top floors. This time I could not find the public bath and also the breakfast was so limited to only 2 Japanese meals without international food or bakery items. This disappointed me because I did not expect to see that. Other things like clean room and staff assistance are good and somehow still with the same level I experienced few years ago. I would recommend APA hotel management team to announce clearly the differences between their branches so that guests do not confuse and avoid being in such case. “

– Location is close to several subway stations.
– 24 hour front desk

Negative:
Verry small room
Very hard bed
Terrible pillows
Air Conditioner always blows right at your face in all position settings. Air always cold and blws hard.
Without AC the room gets too hot quickly.

Stayed here 5 nights and did not get good sleep once.

Staff were not helpful. Five people were trainees and could not answer any questions.

Bonus: the president of the APA Hotel group is a terrible person.
