“It’s nothing like shown in pictures. The facility is very run down which require some renovation. The good part is, it’s just 5 minutes from the subway train station and very near to Asakusa area. Checkin process is smooth and staff answers questions clearly.”

“It was not like the pictures it’s very old and needs more cleaning in the shower room. Was not very accommodating when I asked for earlier check in or later check out.”

“Overall stay is good. Not the best, but it is good enough for the price and location. Very near to Kuramae Subway station around 2-3 mins walk only. Very near also to Sukiya and other restaurants and convenience stores.

The room seems to be on the older side as the walls and floors and the bathroom seemed to be old because of the tiles and flooring, no bidet in the toilet as well which is very rare in Japan. Aside from that, all seemed to be good: new appliances like multicooker. Heating is available for water and for the room. Complete utensils, free pocket wifi and tablet for checkin. Aircon is very cold. Bedsheets, towels, toothbrushes, shampoo and conditioners are well-provided. Tissues, soaps, plastic bags for trash are also well-supplied.

Staff is very responsive and helpful to my inquiries.

Will recommend this to families traveling and looking for a cost-efficient place to stay in Tokyo.
