“Bright, modern hotel with automated check-in & check-out machines. You can also use the machines to purchase meal tickets for breakfast. Breakfast was exquisite and of great quality. Front-of-house staff were courteous and cleaning crew were impeccable. Room was comfortable and just the right size for me, with a view of the Sapporo TV Tower. Public bath was kept neat and clean, though it can get crowded during peak hours. To have a peaceful and relaxing time in the bath, you should opt to use it at 3pm when it first opens. Excellent location and value-for-money due to its proximity to the shopping arcade and numerous restaurants. The hotel also has a self-service amenity bar, offering UCC Coffee, Green Tea, etc. Will stay here again should I visit Sapporo next time.”

“Loved that the hotel is well situated next to a shopping street, with a couple of exits within walking distance — note though that these are STAIRCASE exits and if you come out of a lift exit, the walk is about 10-ish minutes, which can feel long with heavy bags.

As for the room, I believe we got a twin room which was a bit of a tight fit for the two of us. Hallway is narrow and if the bathroom door is open, you can get to the main door. Would also recommend bring suitcases that are 20 inches or smaller if you’re planning to stay here as the space was going once we opened up our suitcases (24 and 28 inches).

Room was still nice and clean which is to be expected since the hotel is fairly new, but I will give props for there being minimal dust, which was not the case with some of the other new hotels we stayed in around Japan.

There is a nice public bath at the top floor, though the outdoor carbonated bath was out of order when we were there which is a shame.

Staff was friendly enough.”

– Around 10 minutes walk to Odori station which access to all 3 metro lines in Sapporo, ride one station further for JR Sapporo terminal.
– There is a massive underground walkway and shopping street connecting all the busy areas.

Room
– Clean and brightly lighted.
– Fit couples with 3 baggage comfortably.
– Experience zero noise disturbances despite located within the busiest shopping street.

Service
– Easy check in via kiosk.
– Staff speaks minimal english but still helpful to assist us to courier our luggage.
– Easy monitoring of self service laundry status which is very convenient.
– Public bath available at top floor.”
