“The room was very big and clean, and we had everything we needed. The only problem was that I did not receive any messages or e-mails about how to check-in. I was able to reach the host by calling +81 80 7589 2800, a number I received by contacting Agoda Customer Support. Thank goodness the person who answered spoke English; I was able to receive the passcode quickly. I hope nothing like this happens again to other guests.”
“Great location and everything and I’ve stayed here before, but the place really could use a good cleaning. Ther’s hair everywhere and I know it’s not mine because I don’t have any. Really don’t see any staff anywhere anytime.”
