“I recently stayed at the Timehouse serviced apartment, and overall, I had a great experience. The apartment was well-furnished and comfortable, making my stay enjoyable. The amenities provided were also top-notch, adding to the overall positive atmosphere.
However, there were a couple of areas where I believe there is room for improvement. Firstly, I found it unprofessional when the host requested my credit card numbers. This raised some concerns for me, as it’s not a standard practice and could make guests feel uneasy about their personal information.
Additionally, the host asked for a €250 deposit, which I understand is normal practice. However, when I checked out, I was using the underground parking and requested that the parking fee be deducted from my deposit. Unfortunately, the host informed me that this was not possible. In my experience, many facilities around the world allow guests to use their deposit to cover outstanding balances, so it was disappointing that this was not an option here.
I hope these areas for improvement can be addressed in the future, as they would enhance the overall guest experience at Timehouse.

“Hotel itself was great, floor could be bit more cleaner but otherwise was the apartment great. Only problem is, on hotel website says it has a parking, true, but they missed to write that parking is 20eur per day.”
