“I arrived in the wee hours and was pleasantly greeted by the Le Labo scent. I am a fan of Le Labo so this helped with the fatigue from the flight. Front desk officer Christine was kind enough to offer me a drink of my choice at the bar while I waited at the cafe area with the fire place while they get the room ready.
Although check in time is at 3 they managed to get it ready by 11 and informed me via email. So these gestures already made wonderful first impressions.
Room wasn’t huge but is cosy and enough. Heater was set to nice temp and design is basically utilitarian which I like since it has no excessive cheesy frills. Toiletries used were Le Labo and Marvis toothpaste. Fancy maybe but they made you feel pampered.
Stay throughout was excellent with staff greeting you by the name and a nice smile, yet not over doing it.
Restaurant served simple yet delicious food in a nice classy modern setting.
When I left I was greeted by a warm French staff Giom, excellent overall! “
