“It was a special stay as it was my wife’s 40th birthday albeit we were only staying for one night, but, thoroughly impressed by the service and professionalism of the staff. Elizabeth at reception checked us in and noted that it was a very special occasion. Check in was smooth. The special attention to detail came within minutes of my wife and I entering our room. There was a knock at the door, and there was Elizabeth from reception with a complimentary bottle of fizz to celebrate. A lovely touch. The room was clean and fully equipped for our needs. Thank you to Jemeirah Lowndes Hotel for a lovely evening. Highly recommended.”
