“It is accessible but be prepared – downhill and accident prone.

Almost complete kitchen utensils and basic cooking equipment.

Clean bathroom except towels are old.

5/10 beddings and blanket (smells kulob)

Staff – polite at first but we really find her annoying specially when she tried to break in the door 🚪 at around 9:00 pm while we are all sleeping soundly. She didn’t send us messages or tried to call before resorting to opening our door using her spare key🔑 that’s totally BS. We didn’t get to sleep well after that.

Parking – in front of the unit (on the road). “

“We stayed for 2 nights.
– clean unit
– almost complete kitchen tools and untensils
– parking is right infront of the door, pretty safe
– we brought our pets, they did not charged us pet fee.
– quiet place
– responsive staff

– if you are looking for a place outside the city, then this is for you
– bed can be painful in the back if we stayed more than 2 nights
– toilet was always wet, there was no shower curtains
– we were 4 occupants, but they only provided 2 bath towels.

Over-all our short stay was cozy.

“We stayed here last June 2024, with our senior parents.

Pros:
-is affordable/ reasonably priced place to stay in Baguio
-a neatly maintained studio- type apartment with complete, aesthetic kitchen utensils, wares and appliances.
-has accessible mini market (palengke), 7/11 store, and supermarket (puregold) just 5-10mins away from the place
-drinking water with hot/cold dispenser is provided (1 gallon)
-location is inside a village, so place is so quiet and serene, you can jog and walk anytime of the day even at night
-can get foggy anytime of the day, so it stays cool
-a pet friendly place, with no extra charge!
-has welcoming and accomodating staff named Janine
-street parking is just beside the apartment so disembarking luggages is a breeze
-this place is good for couples, small family, couple with pets like us!
-with free WIFI connection
-with Globe/smart internet signal
-can check in early, and check out late if no next visitor

Cons (can be improved)
-place could use a screen door to shield the inside from insects
– or could use a mini gate, so pets can’t zoom in/out easily from the apartment
-there were insects like (mosquitoes, flies and fruitflies inside the apartment) even with screened windows, at least provide an insect zapper
-could use a bathroom curtain and mirror
-water supply is weak but tolerable
-the microwave oven was not available during our stay but there was an oven toaster
-could use signages to direct where the apartment is exactly located specially the road is very steep inside the village

Overall, we enjoyed our 3D2N stay here, and we will definitely be back. The place is highly recommendable. Thank you Ms. Domique for hosting this great place!”
