“We always love staying in Citidines Benavidez. Rooms are spacious, linens, towels and handtowel- are always clean, iron, ironing board, hair dyer always available. Shampoo, body gel, hand soap -available. Aircon is silent, warm and cold water is working well. Washing machine is available, coffee machine is available, kitchen utensils are available, water in a jar is available. Bed and pillows are comfy.

Male Housekeeping personnel in the lower level is doing a great job, the female housekeeping personnel in the upper level needs more training. Cleaning is done in the morning and personnel works really fast in cleaning.

There is a specific smell though that is present every time you come inside the room regardless if its lower level or upper level. I don’t know what that is. Maybe they have to check where that is coming from.

Just a very limited option for food though provided by Catalogue (restaurant). Staff in Citidines are always welcoming but staff in Catalogue needs more training when it comes to hospitality, there is only one female staff who keeps a smile when welcoming people, I can sense that their tenure staff need to be more patient and kind to the new trainees/staff. Food also takes time.

Location is great as it is just a 3-5 minute walk to Greenbelt. Somerset Salcedo can just be at the back, and Citidines Salcedo will also just nearby but Citidinez Benavidez has the best place among the 3.

Mr. Jeff (laundy shop) is just 1 few steps from Citidines of you need clothes to be washed. Hair salon is just in front, banks are just in front in you need ATM machine too.

Good job to all staff, especially to the doorman (1 particular doorman) who makes you always feel welcome when you come in. “

Service: The staff at Citadines Benavidez Makati were exceptional. From check-in to check-out, they provided warm and efficient service, always ready to assist with any inquiries or requests. Their professionalism and attentiveness added to the overall positive experience during my stay.

Facilities: Although I spent most of my time exploring Makati, I did take advantage of the facilities available at the residence. “I have a lot of good things to say. But I definitely recommend this place if you’re in Makati for a conference, long stay, or just want to have a staycation. Everything was new and you can see how they maintain the area. Staff were nice; they have a coffee nook in the lobby. You can have free coffee while you wait (we didnt wait for long, just had to print and confirm the room) We were assisted by Ken who did an incredible job in explaining the amenities of the hotel.

And about the room, what you see in the picture is really what you get. Studio deluxe was spaciously enough for (2 or 3) I liked that it had a kitchenette with utensils and appliances to be used. The bathroom was very clean; room came with argan shampoo, (which didnt feel dry), conditioner, body wash, and lotion. And the usual hotel stuff like toothbrush, kits, and glass. I’m not sure if they have a hair dryer but one may try to request.

There’s also a pool and gym area on the 32nd flr. I’m kinda bummed that I didnt go up last night to view the city. It’d be fantastic as well to hangout there, as they also provided tables and chair. I was able to try the pool in the morning and had a great view of the city.

The hotel is around 5-8 minutes walk from Greenbelt. Just turn left and straight ahead.

“We’re so glad to have found this place in Makati where we can stay with our big dog. Everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. All the staff we met were friendly and courteous, and always happily greeted and assisted us.

The studio we booked was clean and complete with the essentials, including the kitchen.

We didn’t get to enjoy the rooftop pool and gym but it’s really inviting, and with a nice view. There’s also a lot of free activities you can enjoy like darts, mini table tennis, putting mat, and games at the lobby lounge area which we thought are really thoughtful of the management to come up with.

Location-wise, it was a 7-minute walk to Greenbelt and to Legazpi Active Park which we also really enjoyed.

The ala carte breakfast which was included in our booking was good, and we especially enjoyed our Christmas dinner at Catalogue.

Our dog was treated so well by the staff too, and she even got a welcome treat. If your dog is potty-trained and needs a grass area like ours, be prepared to walk or drive to the park as there are no grass patches nearby.

Citadines Benavidez will definitely be on top of our list when we’re staying in Makati again.
