“Seascape was a great place to stay. The morning view right were the sardines run was great. It was nice to have breakfast there in the morning to plan the day. The staff were very helpful with getting swimming gear and organising a driver.
Great value for money.

“I booked an ocean view beachfront room and def it is on the ocean with hugeeee balcony and literally you can jump from the balcony to the ocean
The sardines and turtle run is just at the front of the balcony
The hotel dont have a swimmingpool but who needs it?
There is an onsite restaurant and it is located at panagsama beach . Very good location

“I must say, I was initially not inclined to leave a review as I was neither pleased nor annoyed enough to do so. However, today, I’m left utterly baffled and annoyed.

Upon arrival, I inquired about accommodating three additional guests, and the staff initially seemed accommodating, even suggesting we wait for another room to become available so they could provide an extra mattress. However, after the owner reached out and denied my request, my family and I quietly accepted and booked elsewhere for the three additional guests. We returned to the property the next morning solely for breakfast, as they have a restaurant, and to be with the rest of the family.

Additionally, the lack of clarity regarding pet policies was equally frustrating. After not finding any rules about pets in the property description on Agoda, I brought my dog along, only to be told later that pets weren’t allowed. Despite my disappointment, I complied without argument.

What truly irked me was the inconsistency between what the owners and staff were saying. While it’s understandable for the staff to retract their initial agreement, being reported on Agoda after I had already spoken to the owners is completely absurd and unprofessional.

Overall, my experience was marred by confusion, frustration, and a sense of unfair treatment. I hope the property can improve its communication and policies to ensure a smoother experience for future guests.

Now that I’m at it, I hope they can also improve on the following: the overall aesthetic of their accommodation, as it looks run-down; the taste and quality of their breakfast meals; and provide a more comprehensive listing description.”
