“This resort is very modern, comfortable and quiet. There was a kitchen and living room with a separate bathroom. The air conditioning was the modern quiet split air conditioning. The bed and duvet was very comfortable. The was a nice pool and a huge balcony. It’s very close to the airport. It’s a short ride away from Alona Beach”
“Couldn’t check in before 3 pm strikes. Arrived early and informed receptionist I had to attend to an event at 4 and was hoping I could check in earlier. I got told that I could check in around 2-2:30 so we came back around 1 after going for lunch. 2 pm strikes and checked with them until 2:45 but got told theyre still doing thorough cleaning but u could see that it’s bullshit coz the room is right across the reception area. My kid got agitated coz it’s so hot, he wanted to use the pool but he got shouted at by the rude manager that he couldnt get into the pool until 3. So rude. He couldve approached us in a nice way, but he chose to shout from afar. You could also see how he’s shouting at his staff in front of the guests.
Relatively clean but there were cockroaches. “
