“Excellent Waaaay better internet”

“Room is spacious and clean. Wifi is good. Staff very helpful. Great for couples wanting privacy. Sea and pool are located nearby. Public transport not easily available so rental car would be good option.”

“My experience with this hotel totally frustrating. We have booked this hotel via Agoda and it say here that Pet is allowed, so we bring small trained pet. The moment we arrived at the hotel, only security guard is welcoming us and we are transferred to other building for check in despite the hit under the sun, I walked due to check in purposes and there is a incident fee required so I complied. I prefer my payment to be paid at the hotel. Afterwards, like 20 mins we, Guest, are accommodated. The room is spacious but incomplete like no hanger for wet clothes granting it has its amenities like pool. Beach is a walking away for from the hotel. Pool also is unclean and no shower available along the pool. Toilet is unaccessible too. We opt to check out earlier since we dont enjoy that much. To our surprise the reception hold me long and confront me about bringing of pet, this is check out already. I explained that I booked Agoda and I read the rules prior and to my wonder how come you have informed me this late. And no damage was done. And I was transferred to their manager for a discussion through a phone call which I respected. And I asked if he could talked to me personally. Then I get my phone to show the Ads saying pet allowed. And she told me that they cannot ‘edit’ coz the hotel is separated Im confuse coz Im a guest and dont know how their mgt works. She try blaming of bringing dogs. Its frustrating because they dont know their work and rules. I told her to check for herself about the ads coz she they try arguing.. And upon checking it was stated. Sadly, i didnt get an apology til I decide to leave. And Never Again with this Hotel with no proper customer service and doesn’t know their hotel well. “

“Everything seems to be fine, love the pool, the view in the balcony, after using the elevator what bothers me is on the hallway so quiet and dark lights makes me thinking or maybe it’s haunted, the inside of the elevator seems also to be rusty if they could renovate it. The breakfast are not that budget friendly, but atleast they let outside foods to come in. “

“Took quite a long time to check in but it was the best experience! Had trouble sa beach opening hours which closes too early. But overall the staff were accommodating and friendly”
