“Honestly, since Mountain Lodge is rated 2 stars, my husband and I thought it will not be that good but we were pleasantly surprised at how nice this place is.
We booked a double family room and the room was spacious, clean, had a sofa, coffee table, 2 double beds, a dresser and a big drawer. The toilet was big and the water heater working well. Towels and toiletries were amply given. There were also enough pillows.
The restaurant had a variety of choices and the food was good. We also liked the decor and the ambiance of the place. My British husband said it has the feel of a British bed and breakfast.
The only thing that we didn’t like was not having free breakfast. They said it was because we booked through Agoda. They said that if we booked directly with them (through their website or by calling them) there would be free breakfast deals.
Regarding their location, they’re close to Teachers’ Camp, Wright Park and the Victory Liner terminal.
The staff are courteous and friendly.
