“The location is very near in alona beach.
Some of the staff is not understanding, not helpfull and not accomodating.
I had my confirmed booking accomodation at agoda but insisted to pay again for check in due to their records cancelled.
I will not and never booked again in this property.
Their are lot better and cheaper accomodations near in alona beach. “

“The place is very convenient to Alona Beach. There are lot of food restaurants and stores nearby. The facility is quite old and needs renovation and improvements. The price is acceptable. The staffs are accommodating. They have fast wifi connection. No curfew hours. 24/7 cctv monitoring. My overall experience and stay was good but they would not allow me to extend because they were already fully booked. I have to wait outside and in the lobby before my flight because of unavailability of room. Check-in time is 2:00pm; Check-out is 12:00nn.”

“On our 2nd night, the drain in our toilet acted up and stank the room the entire night. The staff couldn’t fix it and we actually had to argue with the staff to transfer us to another room or refund us. Yes, they actually even tried to convince us to stay in the stinking room!”

“The property was strategically located close to establishments and the beach. The staff were kind and accommodating.

But the place looked kinda seedy– dirty reception, dark hallways. Our room was in front of the staff’s washing area. For the 2 nights we stayed there, there was no internet, which was crucial to my business trip (they advertised that they had wifi by the way).

One of the rare times I am not recommending a place. “

“We opt to stay here since other hotels/inss are fully booked. It was like you are staying in a dorm type stay. Passing a common comfort room going to your room is disgusting.”
