They go the extra mile by not allowing guests to wait outside for Grab food deliveries, ensuring our safety by asking us to wait inside. My husband and I are impressed by their dedication to security. Additionally, the breakfast served is absolutely delicious, particularly the Filipino options that I always look forward to in the mornings. “It was my mother’s birthday so I decided to book Citadines Roces,1 bedroom. It was our first time here.We were all satisfied we came with a toddler and a senior, the place is safe, clean, security and polite staff upon arrival. You can cook in the kitchen,its almost like a home.There’s a greeting cake for my Mom, Spa on call,I booked & paid 2 hrs ahead of time. Bathrobes and slippers by request. Their Argan shampoo&conditioner are superb. unlike other hotel toiletries that are meeeh. Beautiful swimming pool area, you can easily ease your senses in the viewing deck or in the elegant lobby which are all located on the 8th floor. We ended up booking again the next day. Breakfast is good. That morning the breakfast menu included yummy choices like pork tapa,pancit,bacon,pan au chocolat,fruits, egg drop soup, pancakes with egg station and more. The only thing missing for me is their own spa. Thank you Citadines for a topnotch service.”
