“Never book AirBNB with Agoda. Go directly to the place and check in instantly. I was scammed and Agoda could do nothing. I booked at Sea Residences thru Agoda but the host did not show up. I called more than. 30 times in one hour before check in time but nobody answered my calls . So just a piece of advice, never book for hotels at Agoda because they could not protect their client.”

“Very bad room.dirty and beddings are all spoiled very bery bad room. No free parking as well.”

“PROS:
– location is very near MOA and MOA arena, which is very convenient for us since we have an event to attend at MOA arena
– the staff is responsive and allowed us to do late check-in (after 9pm)

CONS:
– the comforter looks dirty and has holes
– the sofa bed needs replacement. it doesn’t seem comfortable if someone has to sleep on it
– the aircon’s remote is broken. it was hard for us to change the temp since the remote won’t work
– no tissue, shampoo and soap provided. staff said they ran out of shampoo and soap, but i think they have enough time to refill it since we had a late check in. we had to buy our own toiletries at a nearby convenience store
– netflix is not working”

“Had to spend overnight in Manila and came across this unit in Agoda. At first I was hesitant because the rate seemed unbelievable but actual unit was really good. I traveled with 2 of my children. Wish we couldve prepared better coz the pool looked very inviting. We will definitely go back. “
