It’s worth noting that such hiccups are understandable, especially considering the hotel had recently opened. The prompt and efficient resolution demonstrated their dedication to guest satisfaction.

The hotel’s location is simply unbeatable. With less than a minute’s walk to the beach and just a few minutes to D-Mall, it provides the perfect balance between serenity and accessibility. The convenience of having food shops and stalls in close proximity further enhanced our overall experience.

I highly recommend it to families seeking a budget-friendly yet comfortable stay in the heart of Boracay. “We booked here during Low Season (June-Nov). Literally 1 minute walk from Station 2 Front Beach. The entrance or small alley going here is after Halo Mango Front Beach — El Pascual Store. What you see in the photos here will be your room. Spacious room, cold aircon, smart TV, fast wifi, electric kettle with mugs and lot of electrical sockets. 💖 The CR is also spacious with bath towels, heater, bidet, mirror and also a socket is you have blower or hair iron with you. The Front Desk Cuties (June4-7) and security was very nice and approachable. I love their smiles and how they greet their customers. This is now my new fave hotel in Boracay. We’ll surely comeback here!”

“Location (5/5): This hotel’s location is unbeatable! While not directly on the beach, it’s mere steps away (literally a minute walk) and is within a 5-minute stroll to D’Mall. We felt very safe walking back even late at night.

Cleanliness (4/5): The rooms, linens, and towels were spotless, but other areas of the room and bathroom could use a bit more attention to detail.

Accuracy (5/5): The photos on the website accurately reflect the hotel in person. We especially enjoyed the veranda for morning coffee.

Check-in (5/5): Our early arrival (communicated beforehand) was handled smoothly with minimal wait time (under 5 minutes) after completing the form. Very efficient!

Communication (5/5): The staff was extremely responsive, both online before arrival and in person during our stay.

Value (5/5): For the price, this hotel offered excellent value. We felt we got our money’s worth and would definitely consider returning for a longer stay.

P.S. Wifi is fairly reliable. Great for remote work!”
