“Amount wise is excellent.
Location wise is great, near to mall and hoapital. We book at red planet bacause it was near st. Lukes BGC.
Facility wise is good. They have safe and small ref for foods.
The room was clean BUT in our room, we thought there was Rat or Gecko because everytime we go out the room, the room was clean and free of mess.. but when we return back, there were lots of small wall scratches and our coffee sachets was have hole because of a big bites… there where scathered small poop on our bags and clothes. We hope that the management would check always if there are termites /pest in every room to avoid those instances.
But the staff was very helpful ang accomodating specially to our needs and complains. They moved us on different room. But they don’t do anything about the damage of our coffee packs.
But our over all stay was good.

While the facilities were not extensive, they were sufficient for my needs. The only downside was the lack of a view and the breakfast options were limited. Overall, it was an exceptional value for money and I would highly recommend this property for a comfortable stay in BGC.”

“I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was very clean, and the bed and pillows were high quality. Room cleaning service is upon request, but during my stay I didn’t request it. Based off the hallways, lobby, elevator, etc. everywhere was well maintained. Check-in and check-out were quick. The location is fantastic, just a few minutes’ walk to Uptown area. Free potable water refill in the lobby! The WiFi is fast. The only issue was the TV cast feature—it can be tricky to use and sometimes connects to other rooms’ TVs.”

“Had to crash in due to bad weather and despite the long queue the front desk and the staff were all smiles. Left my phone cord at home and couldn’t find a way to charge but great thing there was one gentleman (shout out and kudos to the tall guy) who graciously lent me his charger. The world needs more people like you! Restaurants and convenience stores are a stone’s throw away. The room amenities (hair drier, mini-fridge, safe) were adequate and were exactly how I needed them. The net was stable and the room was clean. All these at only $100+ for 2 nights. “
