“디즈니월드와 유니버셜로 피로에 지친 몸을 휴식하기 제격입니다! 무엇보다 직원들이 너무 친절하고 방도 매우 청결합니다! 이 리조트를 예약 하신다면꼭 수영장을 이용해보시기를 추천합니다!”

“Friendly staff. They provided good information to enjoy the stay with my family.”

“All the staff was excellent, starting with the valet attendants, check in lady, cleaning crew. Room was perfect, view was great, food and bar was great, the one man band guy was awesome. Can’t wait for our next stay…”

“First off they couldnt find my reservation. Then the proceeded to tell me a service animal couldnt be at the restaurant. The floors in the room were super dirty. The employee at the pool checkin are had no clue when the bar was closing, because we were interrupting his computer video study time. The bartender at the bar was getting off at 8 pm so he tossed coasters towards us and rudely asked what he could get for us. The qr codes said scan for room service. At 1245 pm it said it was not available on a saturday afternoon. Ice is available on odd numbered floors. Finally found ice that wasnt empty on the 4th machine. On a positive note we had dinner at Euphoria which was spectacular from the food to the service. I just felt as if the employees were still mourning a death or something.”
