“But they don’t have room service.
And located too high.
But service is kind. And very clean room.
When I took a shower, hot water is not hot water.”

“The hotel has convenient access to the city proper. Taxis and PUVs passes in front of the hotel so its easy to commute. The FD (Joseph) is very courteous as well as the security. Parking is also available. The room size is ample for 2. We booked the king deluxe and can actually room for 3 pax since the bed is really huge and comfy.

Here are few cons but tolerable:
– there’s an unpleasant smell peeking from the bathroom
– sink hot water takes long to get warm
– no fridge (for a king deluxe room)
– not very sound proof. We can hear the tv from the other room.

Overall, everything is very good.
Hotel aesthetic, Elevator looks modern, They have water dispenser in every floor, the staff are all pleasant.

We will definitely consider stayin again in Aura One ❤️”

“Every year we are going to Baguio to enjoy the cold weather and every time we got there we are disappointed with the unit or stay we booked. But this time it’s different. We love our stay in Aura One. The staff are friendly, location was scenic since you have a great view with the night lights of Baguio City. The unit was clean and bed was really nice and it is just 1 jeepney ride away to the center. This is by far the best hotel we booked in Baguio and will definitely go back here.”

“Very friendly concierge staffs. Got a room with window and it was bright and airy. The room was clean and very comfortable bed with memory foam pillows. Bathroom was also clean with complete amenities. I was also able to leave my bag before and after check in. It’s not walking distance to city proper but transportation is accessible you can get taxi anyway. Highly recommended!”

“We really loved our stay, this is by far the best hotel we stayed when in baguio. Super clean, the food in the restaurant is affordable. the staffs are incredible. very welcoming and accommodating. The facilities are superb, the only thing is it is not airconditioned its kinda hot during the day. Thanks A1! We will be back! This will be our go to staycation in Baguio. “
