“The rooms were 4 minutes walk from SM and other tourist spots. We were 4 adults and a child- and everything was excellent. Cleanliness and amenities deserves 5 stars”

“Pros:
The location is very accessible to both tourist spots and transportation.

I would say it is affordable considering the accessibility.

Cons:
If you are a low key traveller like us and would stay mostly outside the condotel, this might be for you but if you are staycationing to rest and find peace, it is unfortunate that the room is not soundproof. You will hear loud noises from the outside like people talking, hammering from other units as most are still renovating. Goodbye to quietness.

If you are particular with the smell as well, the smell wasn’t really okay. it smells like an hold house or a closet unopened for so long.

If you are particular with cleanliness, this is a so-so. You will see black marks from the wall, mold stains in the shower head. The curtains are not blackout and people from the other windows can easily see you, this also means that its mostly bright all day. I hope they can replace it with a korean blind or blackout curtains since the windows are see through.

Don’t forget to also ask the wifi password as it is not being provided automatically. Glad we were a bit techy so we found the password under the router.

They have a tv with netflix subscription but the tv monitor is no longer functioning well ( redscreen)”

“I am working in a BPO and office was closed Nov 23 and 24 to celebrate Thanksgiving. Anyway, I booked this to spend more time with my now retired mom. Since now a senior, she can easily get tired when walking. The vicinity is excellent. Near and accessible to church, mall Session Road and to where my favorite massage/spa is located. Easy to get a ride since taxis will pass by in front of the building. We had a great comfortable stay and we’ll definitely go back here. Highly recommended! 🙂 Thank you”
