“My boyfriend and I stayed at the Wynwood Hotel twice this month. Our first stay was from May 12 to 14 in Room 2606, and the second from May 20 to 22 in Room 1816. Both stays were exceptionally comfortable. The beds were very cozy, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The bathrooms were spacious, and the hot and cold showers functioned well.

The restaurant on the 3rd floor was well-lit and lively, and the buffet breakfast, though limited in selection, was quite satisfying. Initially, I was disappointed by the lack of a pool, bathtub, and additional services such as a spa or massage. However, this was more than compensated by the courtesy and warm welcome of the staff.

I believe the staff are one of the hotel’s best assets, alongside its strategic location near business hubs and malls. The hotel is conveniently close to The Podium and SM Megamall. There are also ATMs and convenience stores downstairs, adding to the overall convenience.

Overall, I was very satisfied with our stays at the Wynwood Hotel and highly recommend it for its comfort, excellent service, and prime location.”

“My stay at Wynwood Hotel was nothing short of exceptional. From the seamless check-in to the moment I checked out, every aspect of my visit was perfect. The room was spacious and impeccably clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the amenities provided were thoughtful and luxurious.

Dining at the hotel’s restaurant was a culinary delight, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options, especially the breakfast buffet.

What truly set this hotel apart was the outstanding service. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect.

“I stayed here 2 nights to get some work done while my home is being renovated. For the price I paid, Wynwood is really sulit. It’s affordable while offering excellent service.

The desk is long and has drawers and a lampshade. The chairs are comfortable, toiletries have all the neccessities. Staff are very warm and professional. Check in and check out process was smooth. Breakfast buffet is limited but decent, and the resto is nice and comfortable.

Some room for improvement include: aircon and exhaust cleaning; trolley cleaning; brighter lights; elevator speed; lobby lounge speed, breakfast buffet selection.

The lobby lounge boasts of serving starbucks coffee however i found the iced latte to be too weak. Also the booth is unmanned and slow service, probably because they keep having to pull a server from their main restaurant to be a barista.

I also noticed a clump of hair and dust under my chair, that was still there after housekeeping supposedly made up the room

All in all i would give it 4.5/5 rating and would recommend the hotel for business travels and would definitely stay again.”
