“3박 머무는동안 직원들은 모두 매우 친절했고 안전했습니다. 택시도 잡기 편했구요. Reception도 요청시 응대 및 속도가 좋았습니다. 입구의 경비견이 너무 귀여웠어요. 가드분들도 친절해서 즐겁게 지냈습니다. 조식도 깔끔했고 매일 메뉴가 바뀌어 좋았던 거 같아요. 다만 커피는 너무 구수해서 맛이 밍밍했습니다. “

“오픈한지 얼마되지 않은 곳이라 매우 쾌적하고 깔끔했습니다. 체크인 응대해주는 직원분들 일처리도 깔끔하고요. 한 가지 아쉬운 점이 있다면 방청소해주시는 분들이 조금 대충하시는 경향이 있어요. 샤워부스 머리카락을 아예 안치운다거나 바닥에 바퀴벌레 사체가 있어서 보이게 두었는데 그냥 두고 간다거나. 그런 아쉬운 점은 있었지만 전반적으로 매우 만족스러웠습니다. 특히 현관에서 시큐리티 가드하시는 분들의 친절함과 경비견 산드로와 그 파트너 로빗의 친절함이 너무 좋았어요! 마닐라 다시 간다면 또 묶을 예정입니다. “

“I stayed at Citadines Roces Manila for an overnight leisure trip, and I was thoroughly impressed. The location in Quezon City is excellent, close to numerous business centers and dining options, making it very convenient.

The check-in process was quick and efficient. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which set a positive tone for my brief stay. I stayed in a studio apartment, which was surprisingly spacious and modern. The room was clean and well-designed, with a comfortable bed, a small kitchenette, and a cozy seating area. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, perfect for getting some work done in the evening.

Despite my short stay, I took a quick dip in the rooftop pool, which offered stunning views of the city skyline. It was a great way to unwind after a hectic day. The fitness center also looked well-equipped, although I didn’t have time to use it.

In the morning, I enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which had a nice mix of local and international options. The food was fresh and delicious, providing a good start to my day. The in-house restaurant seemed to have a good menu, but given my schedule, I didn’t get a chance to try it out for other meals.

What really stood out was the exceptional service. Even for an overnight guest, the staff were attentive and eager to assist with any needs, from arranging transportation to providing local tips.

Overall, Citadines Roces Manila made my short stay very comfortable and pleasant. It’s an excellent choice for both quick business trips and longer stays, offering great service, amenities, and a convenient location. I would definitely consider staying here again and recommend it to others.”

Firstly, the cleanliness is impeccable; the rooms are spotless, and every corner of the hotel is maintained with utmost care. Secondly, the security measures are commendable. I don’t mind having to validate my vehicle card whenever my husband and I leave the hotel, especially considering how helpful and attentive the security guards are. They go the extra mile by not allowing guests to wait outside for Grab food deliveries, ensuring our safety by asking us to wait inside. My husband and I are impressed by their dedication to security. Additionally, the breakfast served is absolutely delicious, particularly the Filipino options that I always look forward to in the mornings. Overall, Citadines Roces Hotel has exceeded my expectations in every aspect, making it our top choice whenever we visit. It truly is the best hotel ever.”
