“I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for outstanding service and a welcoming atmosphere”

“Great facility, friendly staff. Only issue was with food and beverage.

Restaurant tried to insist on charge for breakfast buffet at door even though the menu shows alacart items and individual omelets available. Once shown they tried to comply but never got the omelet order right.

The bar at the pool could do a much better job. They didn’t really have anything and had to send runner to restaurant and it wasn’t usually complete. I ended up walking to 7-11 and getting my own beers.

The rooms were very nice, the food was good and affordable, the free shuttle to malls was very much appreciated. There was always somebody at the desk who spoke English.”

“Cons: – 1st night at room XX07
1. The room air con chiller was not working, called the repairman and had it fixed for awhile and it was hot again, spent the whole night sweating out while we sleep, my son woke up multiple times because he was sweating all over
2. Bathtub water release is completely stuck, repairman came and fixed it
3. The service telephone was not working, i had to go down to lobby to request for help at 11pm-12am
4. The toilet was choked up and nearly every flush will flood the water out on the floor

Pros: (after changing room on 2nd day)
1. Room change was accepted after feedback of the suffering from 1st night.
2. 2nd room is clean and every thing is working.
3. The swimming pool was nice and my son loved the huge swan water float (100 baht for rental)
4. Carpark is huge
5. Location is good, near alot of attractions and massage available just out along the street”

“Requested king bed but gave it away to someone else. But miraculously, after 10 mins of complaining, king bed was available. Hotel looks great at night but looks run down in the light. No hot water for one for the last night. Far from anything interesting. The area smells of sewage. “
