“Overall was ok with the price paid. Take note that need to carry luggage up the stairs which can be challenging for big luggage. In the room there isn’t much space to open the luggage bags or place it. No balcony though under facilities wrote got. Need to change the bathroom filter net else it will flood after 2 persons had showered. This was not mentioned in the house rules so doubt many will be aware of this. Person in charge is fast in responding for any queries and I am allowed to place luggages in the room as early arrival and return at 5pm check in time. Very late check in time and check out 10am. Be warned that though got washing machine and detergent provided is limited and none refillable and no place to hang pants and shirts or sweaters. Only clips for smaller or lighter clothing. Near the train tracks so can hear train pass by. Luckily we were too tired and can sleep easily. “

Our family had a comfortable stay at this property. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained, and the Wi-Fi was reliable. The location wasn’t ideal for walking around, but it was close to public transportation. Housekeeping could have been better, but overall cleanliness was satisfactory. The facilities were decent, with some room for improvement. Staff was friendly but not exceptional. Sleeping arrangements were comfortable. For families looking for a budget-friendly option, this property is worth considering.”

“The location is quite convenient, about 9 minutes away from the Kami-nakazato station where it easy to major stations in Tokyo. Theres is also a supermarket right in front of the station. There is no elevators, but it was fine that we stayed at the second floor. The room was small but comfortable for less than two people. All the faculties were sufficient and in good condition. They even provided rice cooker for travelers! The staff provided plenty of information before we arrived, which was reliable. The check-in and check-out procedures were extremely convenient, taking us less than 2 minutes to finish both. In general, for those who consider budget and cozy place, I would recommend this place.”
