도쿄 / 동경 Ko-Fu-Sou 후기 및 리뷰

“Be warned, poorly organised and non helpful. This place is managed by an agency online. We arrived at the property which was very hard to find because their address does not match the premises actual address. We could only speak to them through online and we got left outside trying to get into the room in the rain with 2 young children because they try to make you fill in their form through they’re own website instead of using Agoda. They sent us a PIN number for the room to access the key after a 3 hour long battle to get it. The PIN number was wrong and they consistently tried to text saying we are doing something wrong. When I took a photo of the combination I had entered and sent it through to their office they then realised they had sent the numbers around the wrong way. Mind you they wouldn’t give us the pin until we got access to their web form which they couldn’t send through Agoda as Agoda blocks you from speaking to each other directly unless it’s through them. It was a nightmare after 10hours of travel to get there. We got inside the place and surface wise was clean but then my 2 year old was on the lounge and found a bag of pills and a cigarette lighter. I’m so thankful he didn’t put them in his mouth. When I tried to tell them how bad of an experience we had had they only response I got was enjoy your stay. I would recommend staying away from

“The room is spacious and has all the necessities that we needed – towel, shower gel, wifi, stove, microwave, iron, washing machine & fridge. It was quite easy to reach train station and along the way, there were 7-eleven, lawson & family mart nearby. So it’s so easy for us to buy groceries as well. It was easy to self check-in as well as we arrived very late at night from the airport. Totally recommended & we might consider to stay here if go to Tokyo again. “
