“위치 조용하고 좋습니다. “

“This place really needs some attention. The lint filters in the washer looked like they had never been cleaned. There were balls of hardened paper in both filters that we had to perform an operation to remove them. The place is filled with junk and the checkin procedure left us sitting outside on the porch for an hour past our nominal checkin time. Had to call customer service at Agoda to get them to respond.

There is a washer as advertised but no dryer and no pole to hang clothes outside. I had to search through the apartment to find the pole for the bathroom. The electric fan scheme for drying clothes didn’t really work well enough to dry pants overnight. I don’t think that the whole “unstaffed inn” thing is working for them.

The bed was comfortable. The staff person who finally answered was friendly. The bathroom was nice. “

“Staff was hard to contact. Tried to arrange for luggage transport service from my previous hotel to here but there was a failed delivery since the guest house was not staffed most of the time, even though it as stated that reception is manned certain hours of the day. Throughout my one week stay, I only saw the staff one time during check out. When it tried to contact via email before and during my stay, the replies were also slow.

Room was alright. Bed was comfortable and washer was good. Drying was done using the shower room’s dry air setting which worked well. However the lack of clothe pegs made it slightly inconvenient. Sofa was stained and we dared not sit directly on it.

Location was decent. Not too near to the train stations but weather was cooling so the walk was enjoyable.

Overall a decent place to stay, but personally I would pay abit more for a better place next time. “

“You will love your stay here if you don’t have to leave your luggage before your check in or check out but if you do and you would like to tour the area before you transfer to another hotel then this hotel might not be for you.
The hotel is so great that we self checking and check out so you have to be within the check in period or the book time.”

“Enjoyed my stay here, the room was big enough and everything can be found within the apartment.
The location is great as well, within walking distance to various stations, and it’s close to tsukishima street, Tsukiji and Ginza spots.
2nd time staying at this place and I still love it very much!”
