“My stay at West Brae Inn was disappointing. The value for money was poor, the location was okay and the cleanliness left much to be desired. The staff were decent but the facilities were lacking. Overall, i cannot recommend this property.”

“terrible location and horrifying experience: 1. waited for about 20min when taxi driver and myself arrived at this location, there is no clear sign of the place comparing to the image. no one responded when we knocked the door or press the button. 2. The interior is not clean, especially the restroom, there is a yellow colored plastic bottle on the ground, which seems to be there for a long time. The washing basin is also dirty. 3. difficult to get a taxi or an uber nearby, when my friends try to call a car to fetch me from this location, there’re no ubers responding. 4. overall, it does not make me feel a safe place to stay at, really bad experience. would not recommend to solo travelers.”
