“조식 수영장 헬스장 못써요 오직 아파트만 쓰는겁니다. 보이는데 못쓰니까 아쉽긴 함

수건은 큰거 2장 작은거 2장 주고 처음에 요청하면 더 주시기도함. 주방도구 다 있는데 설겆이 할 세제와 수세미 없어서 샀어요… 그리고 건조기도 같이 되는 세탁기 있어서 편함 근데 세제는 없어요
하지만 이가격에 깔끔한 신식 복층 숙소 찾기 힘들어요 가격대비 정말 좋아요… 그리고 롯데몰까지 걸어서10분걸려요… 위치 나쁘지 않아요”

“The staff can speak both English and Japanese.
You can stay with peace of mind as they take care of your check-in and check-out times in a timely manner.
Especially since Japanese people are not good at English, this is the perfect place for them.”

“So its a nice unit at face value. Its 20 min drive from airport, its 10 min walk to Lotte Mall. Comfortable bed. Host is very responsive. However…..

They have a washer but most likely don’t encourage using it because they would’ve left detergent. I went and bought detergent. By the way, facilities cannot be used in the building, there is a fee.

The fee to access fitness center (gym and pool) is 350.000 VND each time. If you want to use the service, you can pay at the reception counter. So that’s a nope for us. Keep that in mind please. The other previous people said the same thing as well.

My main issue is cleanliness. It looks clean. It just looks it, but it is SOOO DUSTY. I wish agoda would let us leave photos because we took quite a bit. Initially there was a young lady in the lobby waiting to take us into the room. Open the door took off my shoes and immediately saw a pile of dust in the corner with feathers. I told her as soon as I saw that because my husband is moderately sensitive to dust. She said they’ll have someone clean that the next day. I don’t understand why this place is so poorly cleaned for guests to stay. Red flag!

My goodness lint/dust/floaties on surfaces, on the floors, you can see it against the light bulb where the bed is. We were hoping there was a vacuum so we can vacuum the place ourselves. We didn’t dare to turn on the A.C. because we did once and my goodness my husband was having a sneezing fit non stop. He was wearing a mask inside. He was so miserable for 3 days here. They really need to clean the A.C. filters. Also there is a very visible large black mold on the white bath matt. Do Not Use!!! They try to hide it by flipping it over. House keeper only made our bed and emptied the trash. Did not vacuum the dust as it was still there in the corners of the floor. We had shower drainage issue where the water wouldn’t drain out at all. Let the host know and was able to get that fixed the next day. Again very responsive but why are we having issues with such simple things like that. Makes me wonder do people not stay here. As I would not recommend.
