“저렴하고 가성비 좋지만 화장실 하수구가 막혀있었고 세면대 물 나오는 곳이 부러져있었어요. 벌레도 조금 나왔어요.
하지만 직원분이 벌레 잡아주시고 친절하며 체크아웃때 비행기 시간이 많이 남았는데 2시까지 더 있어도 된다고 해주셨어요. 프리하고 재밌었네요~”

“Stayed 5 nights in this lovely, stylish hotel. The hotel is set in the Emerald Bay complex just 5 minutes walk from the fantastic Khem Beach. The hotel design is modern and chic. The room was comfortable and spacious enough and stylishly furnished with some pretty high tech touches (The talking door and the excellent shower). The only member of staff we met was a lovely guy, friendly and very helpful. We hired a scooter and explored the area around Khem Beach including Sun Set Town and the little town of An Thoi which we would recommend eating in as prices and food quality were excellent compared to some other places near the Hotel. Definitely go see the ‘Kiss if the Sea’ show in Sun Set Town..it’s amazing !!..but buy a combined ticket online (Klook/Trip.com etc) before you go which also includes the beautiful Cable Car trip/Island Visit and a walk across the ‘Kiss Bridge’..we think it’s much better value than buying seperately. The Hotel Airport Transfer service was excellent and the same price or cheaper than taxis and there’s someone there to meet you instead of having to wait. The price of this Hotel makes a stay in the Emerald Bay area affordable and although there’s no pool if you love swimming in the sea it will be perfect. Oh and it was adults only too during our visit which was very peaceful. It’s a shame more of the buildings around the area aren’t yet occupied but that didn’t affect our experience. Highly recommend staying here.”

“This hotel is a study in understatement: white and brown, with curves that soothe the eyes. The owner, a young graduate, stays on-site. She’s helpful, professional, and doesn’t hover.

Amenities are conveniently close: spas, restaurants, bars, and the beach. Speaking of the beach, it’s the best in Phu Quoc. Calm waters, little waves. If you crave waves, head to the western part of the island to resorts like Camia.

Rooms are simple but high-quality. Comfy beds, clean bathrooms, and showers with too many settings to mention. Big windows flood the rooms with light. Smart TVs with AirPlay are a modern perk. I’ll be back.

A potential downside: when off-season, the island is quiet—very quiet. Perfect for tranquility, but friends found many parts of the island too empty (including the part that La Grotta is situated in). “
