“After having to leave another hotel due to it being so bad we stayed here. Staff were great and very helpful which made the stay very good. Rooms are a little small and tight, not a very open Floorplan. Seberal broken items in room, leaking faucet, broken door stopper, very squeaky bathroom door, no hot water, just luke warm, no ice bucket, no ice trays. Reported several times #2 elevator when 4 or more people on it, when reaches the 4th floor, would bang VERY LOUD, and drop a foot hard!! Got worse as we were there. Could be very dangerous. Every time I reported, front desk person did not know of issue. Needs to be fixed ASAP!! Front desk was helpful with an extremely loud and rambunctious baseball team (Canby Baseball), Shame! They took the situation seriously and handled the rowdy teens quickly. Not the hotels fault, but wish they had a better policy of teams staying, requiring an adult in each room. This team thought it was funny nightly banging and kicking on doors in the middle of the night. And not just one night. Thank you hotel staff for handling a situation that was not your fault. Maybe just review policies with young teams and requirements for adults present. Overall, hotel needs some TLC, for $300 a night, I honestly expected a much better stay for the cost. “

“My daughter and I stayed at Staybridge to be close to the Pioneer Soccer fields. The room was beautiful, the view was awesome, but most of all, the staff was exceptional. In particular, the Front Desk person, Brenda, went above and beyond to accommodate me and my daughter. She listened and took the time to make our stay a memorable mommy/daughter weekend! Thank you Brenda!”
