“The staff could no find my booking and I had to call the third party and wait an hour before checking in.
The room was dirty with the presence of bugs and a strong smell of cigarettes.
Housekeeping woke me up at 10 before check out.
Awful hotel.”

“The staff was not really welcoming. They would watch you stand there. It also seems as though they often have difficulty finding people’s reservations. Wanting for a deposit without notice; it wasn’t clear on the booking site I used “Agoda” nor the sonesta site. Roomkey constantly needed to be reactivated.”

“This was a great location to stay at for an overnight before my cruise. Convenient to the airport with free shuttle service that arrived quickly. Front desk staff was friendly, lobby and room were very clean, comfortable bed, and everything inside the room was well taken care of. I felt very safe here and would stay again. Highly recommend for the convenience of being near the airport. Also, includes a free American breakfast. Nothing fancy like a 5 star resort, but a great value overall in comfortable surroundings and felt very safe as a solo traveler.”
