“The Front desk staff are awesome and the property mananager is a very sweet young lady, and honestly I don’t know what to me so long to Book there if I would’ve known the pleasant it is I would’ve booked it long time ago, I recommended 💯 and they also do price match oh and it was clean and the staff are very polite and understanding they do have a $100 deposit but I got it as soon as I checked out , so I didn’t have to wait 7days for my deposit to be refunded back . Thanks💯👍💯”

“Upon arrival, I found no one at the front desk. After several minutes, a girl talking on the phone passed by in the back, noticed me, but said nothing and continued walking and talking on the phone. Not wanting to waste time, I started to unload my car. Eventually, she reappeared, but did not apologize for making me wait.

The room is extremely outdated, which wouldn’t be the worst, but the carpet was definitely not vacuumed. The bedsheets were the wrong size, leaving part of the mattress uncovered. The worst thing is that there were fresh stains on the bedsheets, which I won’t even describe. The bathtub water constantly runs, and there’s an ironing board in the room but no iron. The descriptions on various websites say there is a coffee maker, microwave, and mini fridge in the room, but that was not the case.

I saw mentions of breakfast in other reviews, but I wasn’t informed about it at check-in. I tried to have coffee on two different days, but both times they ran out of creamers. I tried to use the pool one day, but it was closed for some reason. The hallways were dirty with a strong musty odor, which was also present in the room.

After four days in the smelly, moldy room, I decided to leave early. Oh, and did I mention accidentally touching a cockroach in the middle of the night? Not the outdoor Florida type, but the household kind that runs into the sink.

I am extremely frustrated as I booked the hotel for five nights at a non-refundable rate. The front desk girl managed to be smiling while being rude at the same time. I travel to Orlando quite frequently, but I had no idea there were hotels this bad.”
