“We booked a junior suite, 2 beds with a living room. We arrived and checked in at 5pm (normal check-in is 3pm). The process was okay. But when we went to our room, it’s still very dirty and they haven’t cleaned it up yet. I have a couple of senior citizens and 2 young boys. We were all tired traveling and needed to wait for 30 minutes or so for a new room.

The room that they gave us is equally disappointing. When you enter it, there is a curry smell that cannot ve removed by air freshener. Don’t get me wrong, I love curry but if your room smells like it consistently, it’s a bit discomforting.

On top of that, one of their air con was not working and blowing warm air. In a Las Vegas heat of 110+ degrees F, you would most likely not going to like it. We reported it to the reception and they said that the manager is on their way and will see what they can do. We never heard back from them after that.

Breakfast is coffee, muffins, oatmeal. Do not expect anything else.

If I am the only one staying, I would have not made any complaints.

I also called Agoda about it and when they tried calling the property, they were put on hold for 30 minutes. The second time they tried, they were told that if we don’t like it, we can leave. Then Agoda was put on hold again for another 20 minutes.

Not recommending this hotel.”

“We weren’t in the hotel much because we where out and about but the floor in the room was disgusting!!! I took a shower and was walking around barefoot and my feet turned black. I thought I was just the carpet area but when we dropped water in the kitchen area and wiped it up it turned the washcloth black. You can tell the floors are never wiped down.

The lady across the hall was getting “evicted” and was out in the hall talking to people about it. I’ve never seen anything like that before. And what really took me out was they had a staff member going around knocking on doors at 8am!!!! Asking if we were checking out that day. First off…we are in Vegas I was up all night and then you wake me up at 8 asking if I’m leaving. Check out is at 11!!! You’ll know I’m leaving when I give you the keys at 11!
The continental breakfast was nice they had oatmeal but did not have/provide spoons. I laughed and wondered how do I eat it then.
The room itself had a full size fridge, microwave, and stove. Which was pretty nice considering most places don’t even have a microwave.
Would I stay there again?… if I forget to book my room in advance during a festival and there was no other place then maybe , but probably not.
At least the Staff up front was nice.
The floors are disgusting and the homeless are everywhere dude to the location being right next to a welfare office and the room had a weird smell. Not the typical hotel smell that makes you feel like your traveling. “

“I stayed @ this Inn for just a night with my family. Upon entering our room it was ok. ac were working fine,tv was ok,room was nice as well.However,what’s lacking are the basic kitchen stuff such as drinking cups, coffee maker etc. Although it is available upon request,you need to go down to the reception area to get those. Also, their key cards dies not work most of the time that they need to put it back again to the machine to make it work.What if we went home like super late and no one is around?good thing that time their lady helper was there to assist us.It waa not only us but we were with a couple whom when we wwnt back down to have our key cards fixed was also there because of the same thing.Still,this place is quite nice to stay.”

“The location has cleanliness issues throughout the location. While I was there the parking lot was never clean the entire week. There was broken glass, paper trash, and more. The hallways in the corners were dirty. The room was clean. It did not stink. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. The staff was not friendly when I passed by them every day they did not say anything to me. I was told that the kitchen was fully stocked. However, there was nothing in the room. 3 days later I learned that you have to ask at the front desk for the items to use. I would recommend this location as a value and if you did not have anywhere else to stay. “
