“A value for money accommodation most suitable for solo travelers. It has an amazing location at the heart of the city and close to public transport. The place is clean and well maintained, and staff is also very friendly and helpful. “

“The location is really good and central–walking distance to many places of interest. Close to subways and the Penn station, so i took an Amtrak to get to NYC and easily walked to the place.
Facilities only 3 stars since no elevator and there’s really no one to help, though the staff are super nice.
I had a huge luggage since NY is my last stop of a 2-week US trip coming from Asia.
If NY was a short trip with a small luggage, only stairs (to 4th-5th floors!) and no elevator will not be an issue.
Space in the room is very tight–not possible to open the big (check-in kind) luggage inside. But even the common area spaces (as well as toilet, shower) are very tight.
Staff available at all hours, very professional and nice.
Cleanliness only got 4 stars since there are only 2 shower stalls and toilets for each floor, so there were times the toilets got clogged.
The complementary breakfast is very nice! Seating a bit tricky though with really only 2 chairs that don’t take up space by the display. Besides that, really great–coffee, tea (very nice kind! Yogi and others), fruits, fresh muffins and scones; bread/bagel from Whole Foods and Trader Joe’s; even milk (which i don’t take) in the fridge; cereal.
I actually normally do not choose a place with free breakfast as i like going out to the city and finding food, but really appreciate this since I love having fruits (usually buy in the grocery and take to the hotel).”
