“This property is just 2 blocks away from the 34th E station, serviced by the 6 train, which pretty much connects you anywhere. (Note: For tourists, you can get the OMNY card on the 86th E station, serviced by 4, 5 and 6 trains). Room is small but it fits our group of 4 comfortably. On the first day, the refreshments in the fridge were free but it’s not replenished throughout our stay. There’s daily housekeeping. Staff were helpful and friendly. Overall, I will definitely come back.”

“The location is good. Although the neighborhood is relatively quiet at night, and rooms have good isolation, the air conditioning in the room was way too loud when it kicked in, it is located right on top of the bed so the cold air blew directly into my face all night. I had to use a pillow to deflect the air.
The room and the bathroom are very clean and spacious. But the housekeeping service was inattentive. Kept forgetting to leave me new towels once removing the used ones. Didn’t check to see if you finished the soap and other provided amenities to replenish.
The front desk staff were polite and full of apologies when you complained. But it sounded like rehearsed lines.
The restaurant was being remodeled. So, no breakfast. Although you get a $20 voucher every morning for a place around the corner that serves good breakfast. There is a terrace /lounge on the 15th floor but has only finger foods.
Lastly there is a surprise $200 deposit charged to your credit card at the check in. The deposit is supposed to be returned if everything checks ok. 2 days after my return, I still don’t see the charge reversed.
