“Everything is very nice in this hotel the Manager Erolle is great. He make sure that all guest is happy, during breakfast my friend wants pancakes instead of rice, he just told he’s crew to make it without any hesitation, the place they maintain it clean, we even saw 3 employees segregating all trashes to make sure they follow the island environmental regulations…a big salute to all of you certainly I will be back again in your hotel .”

“This place is underrated. Our family loved our stay here. Im with my baby so I want a place thats near the beach so it wont be a hassle. The hotel is quite old but its clean, and for me thats important, they have spacious room, I booked delux with 1 single bed and 1 queen bed, and its perfect for us, 3 adults and 1 baby. I feel at home in this hotel and Im excited to go back and would definitely book this place again. They have a free breakfast and you can order food outside and can request plates and utensils so you can eat inside. The airconditioning works perfect, and their fridge is quite old but works well too. They have kind staffs and friendly manager. And oh I forgot to mention that I appreciate the blooming bouganvilla plants outside our room, I could also hear the birds chirping every morning, so soothing in my ears❤️❤️ “

“Cons
*No restos — breakfast is included but you need to go out or go to other restos if you need toe at. Which for me is not a problem since you get to explore Boracay
*Quiet– they don’t have a bar as well so it’s really awkwardly quiet if you are an extrovert. But for introvert, this is just so perfect
*Dull at night — I love the place, it is perfect but I hope they improve on on ambient lights. Put some lights on the name of resort on beachfront and street front, put some solar string light. Put some yellow lights on each cove of suites facing the beach, put some solar string lights on the arch that bougainvillea created. Put some white sheer flowy drapes to make it dreamy, chimes that makes a relaxing sound against the wind. It is perfect without restaurant but at least make it feel cozy not sad.
*Facility– you may opt not to have restos since there’s a lot of restos nearby but would it be great if you can offer massage by the beach especially that it seems no nearby hotel offer it? would it be lovely to be massaged by the beach on sunset?

Pros
* Station 1– in the mid of station 1 where it’s not crowded yet does not feel isolated when it’s night time.
*beachfront – we check in to 1 of their suite and our view is the beach and the pool.
*balcony — very spacious private balcony, you can even put a sofa set… that spacious!
*bathtub –not sure with otehr suite. but suite A’s bath tub and bath rooms are newly renovated. You won’t feel gross out sitting on the tub. And the bathroom is huge as well. You can put to chairs inside and still enough safe to walk comfortably.
*Room.. the room is huge! king bed and a single bed. Beds are really comfy. There’s a lounge chair.
*generally safe — you can leave you shades, towels on their beach beds at night and it would still be there the next day.
around 6k for a night in huge, clean suite with pool, bath tub, private huge balcony in station 1, it is a good deal! “

“I would come back and stsy in this hotel on our next Boracay vacation and I would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends. Despite the bad weather during our stay, we enjoyed our Boracay vacation because we stayed in this hotel. The location was superb. Beachfront hotel, with pool, and free breakfast.. What more can you ask for? “
