“Had problems with water and ventilations. “

“When me and my family decided to extend our vacation I search for a near place from Burnham and I saw the condolences and booked.. my family were very happy to see the inside of the condo.. nice clean and very aesthetic condolences we found plus it’s just walking from Burnham.. “

“Need mgtaxi papunta kasi matarik paakyat pero kung pababa and papunta ng burnham park, 15min walk lang sya and kayang lakarin. My 2 elevators papunta sa unit and super dali kausap ni host, ngrereply agad. Maganda ung unit, kumpleto sa gamit. My utensils, poys and pans, hangers, madaming saksakan and malamig naman kahit wlang aircon. Need baguhin ung bathroom door kasi super hirap buksan and isara and ung water closet matagal magrefill ng tubig kaya need mgipon ng tubig sa timba pambuhos kung madalas iihi and maganda kung palitan na rin ung bathroom tiles sa sahig.”

“The place is a walking distance to Burnham Park, convenient for the kids as they get to enjoy there first before going to our other destinations. In fact, everywhere in Baguio is accessible from here but since all roads are unpredictably steep, we still have to take a cab each time especially going back to the condo🙂.
The property is very peaceful. The room has enough space for 4-8 people with 2 queen sized-beds, 1 sofabed and add’l futton for a more comfortable stay. All kitchen appliances and dining utensils are available for convenience and the laundry service is accessible at the 2nd floor so there’s really no need to hassle that much if you’d prefer a long stay like us.
The only problem is that the water/shower pressure is very slow inside this building considering the Conserve Water Sign and it might just be noisy for some as there are many construction activities going on within the area.
Overall, we’ve had a relaxing and enjoyable 5-day stay in this property and we absolutely love to go back here again on our next visit. ☺️”
